I've been culling the many books on my bookshelf, looking for items to sell on good ol' eBay. Cookbooks are going to be the first to be thinned out. This was an easy task, or so I thought.
This oldie was purchased at an old bookstore back in '88, when I was on this quest to collect every single Chinese cookbook from the 50's and 60's. I was about to put this up for auction, when I read the introduction.....awww mannnn! Who woulda thought? I guess I can hold on to THIS one!
